The Skywheel Project was conceived by American conceptual artists, Kim Garrison Means and Steve Radosevich, who have worked together under the name United Catalysts since 2001. The project has since evolved into a global charitable arts venture supported by the non-profit corporation, Space For Vision Projects, and utilizing the talents of creative people around the world.
